Angels Camp

It's as if no time has passed. We are together and happy, twice a year within a five month period. The rest of the year passes quickly, and the kids are suddenly a year older, smarter, more talented, have developed real personalities, and a wicked sense of humor. Then suddenly, they are teenagers with a pretty good understanding of the world around them, pretty sure of themselves, who they are, and what they wish to do with their lives: Jason knows exactly where he wants to go to college and wishes to become an Engineer. He is wickedly smart and talented (he plays the drums), and no doubt will excel at anything he tries. Nick has become quite the athlete. And although I am unsure what direction his life will go in, I'm sure it will involve training for the junior Olympics, or an athletic scholarship to some college.
