This is the lower calorie option (4 servings), sweeten to your liking based on the above ingredients. Ditections: blend milk and vanilla extract together. Add frozen orange juice concentrate and blend. Add sugar and ice to thicken, and blend one more time. If too tart tasting add more ice or water. ENJOY!
